How returns and refunds work for kits bought in the GoP Toys store.

1. Who this applies to

This policy applies to kits bought from the GoP Toys online store operated by GoP LTD. Club boxes follow the Subscription policy.

2. Return window

You may ask to return a kit within 30 days of the date it was delivered. To start a return, write to support@gop.toys with your order number and the kit you want to return. We reply with the return instructions. Parcels sent back without a confirmed return request may not be accepted.

3. Condition

Returned kits must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. We cannot accept kits that have been built, cut, folded or otherwise used, unless the kit was defective or we sent the wrong item.

4. Return shipping

You pay the cost of shipping a return back to us, and we recommend a tracked service. If the kit arrived defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we send you a prepaid return label and you pay nothing.

5. Refunds

Once the returned kit reaches us and is inspected, we refund the price of the kit to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except when the return is due to our error. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.

6. Multi-kit discounts

If you return part of an order that received a multi-kit discount, the refund is the price you actually paid for the returned kit after the discount.

7. Missing or damaged parts

If a part is missing or arrives broken, write to support@gop.toys with the kit name and the part. We send a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return anything or send photos.

8. Exchanges

We do not swap kits directly. Return the kit under this policy and place a new order for the kit you want.

9. Club boxes

Boxes shipped under a Club plan cannot be returned or refunded. If a box arrives defective or damaged, or is not the box you were due, write to support@gop.toys within 30 days of delivery and we replace it free of charge. Refunds of Club charges are covered by the Subscription policy.

10. Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, write to us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we replace the damaged items. If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, write to us and we work with the carrier to resolve it. We are not responsible for returns lost on their way back to us, so please use a tracked service.

Privacy policy

What GoP LTD collects when you visit or buy from the GoP Toys store, and what we do with it.

1. Who we are

GoP LTD, a company registered in the United States, operates the GoP Toys online store and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: support@gop.toys.

2. Information we collect

When you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, the items you buy and, for the Club, the plan, the number of children and the age you give us to choose a starting kit. When you contact us: your message and email address. When you browse: device and usage information collected by cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type and approximate location.

3. Payment information

Payments are processed at Shopify checkout by Shopify and its payment partners. GoP LTD does not receive or store your full card number.

4. How we use it

To process and deliver orders and Club boxes, send order and shipping updates, answer your messages, prevent fraud, improve the store, comply with the law and, if you opted in, send you marketing email. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time with the link in every email.

5. Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the store, under contracts that limit their use of your data: Shopify (store, checkout and payments), our shipping carrier USPS, our subscription billing provider, email service providers, and analytics and advertising partners such as Google and Meta when you allow the related cookies. We also share information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that the store needs to work, such as the cart, and, with your consent where required, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can change your choices in the cookie banner or in your browser settings.

7. Children

Our products are for children, but the store is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The only information about a child we ask for is an age, given by the parent, to choose a kit. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to support@gop.toys and we delete it.

8. Your rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it and to opt out of targeted advertising. To use these rights, write to support@gop.toys. We respond within the time the law allows and do not treat you differently for using them.

9. Retention and security

We keep order information for as long as needed to run your orders and to meet tax and accounting obligations, and other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. We use the security measures of Shopify and our providers to protect it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes are announced on the store or by email.

Terms of service

The terms for using the GoP Toys store and buying from GoP LTD.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the GoP Toys online store and to every order you place with GoP LTD. By placing an order you accept them. The Refund, Privacy and Subscription policies form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

3. Products

We describe and show our kits as accurately as we can. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from the photos. Each kit states the age it suits. Kits contain small parts and, where noted, magnets, batteries or tools. Read the warning on each product page and on the box before use. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children. Keep small parts away from children under 3.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax; any tax due is calculated at checkout. Multi-kit discounts are applied automatically in the cart: 5% off two kits and 10% off three or more. We may change prices at any time, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order. Payment is taken at checkout.

5. Orders

Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, the price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

6. Shipping

Orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days and travel by USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $60 and on every Club plan, and $5.95 below $60. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are covered by the Refund policy. Club plans are covered by the Subscription policy.

8. Intellectual property

The store content, including text, images, designs and the GoP Toys name, belongs to GoP LTD or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, GoP LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law or liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which GoP LTD is registered, without affecting the consumer protections of the state where you live.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Questions: support@gop.toys.

Subscription policy

The terms of the Club plans. This policy is shown at checkout for every Club order.

In plain words

1. The Club

The Club is a subscription from GoP LTD that ships sealed build boxes. For each child on the plan, the monthly plan ships one box a month; the 6 and 12 month plans ship two boxes per child together every two months. All children on one plan share one parcel. Shipping to US addresses is free on every plan.

2. Prices

For one child: Monthly $39 a month; 6 months $198 for the term ($33 a box); 12 months $348 for the term ($29 a box). A second child is charged about 15% less per box and each further child about 25% less. The exact total for your plan is shown before you pay. Any sales tax is added at checkout.

3. Billing

The first charge is taken when you order. After that, the monthly plan is charged every month on the same date, and the 6 and 12 month plans are charged at the start of each new term. Charges go to the payment method you saved at checkout.

4. Automatic renewal

Every Club plan renews automatically at the end of its term for a term of the same length and at the same price, and keeps renewing until you cancel. By placing a Club order you authorise GoP LTD to charge your payment method for each renewal. If the price of your plan is going to change, we email you before the renewal it applies to, and you can cancel before then.

5. Renewal reminders

For 6 and 12 month plans, we email you at least 15 days before each renewal charge with the date, the amount and how to cancel.

6. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by writing to support@gop.toys, or online with the manage-subscription link included in every Club email. Cancel before your next billing date and no further charge is made. We confirm every cancellation by email.

7. After you cancel

Your current term runs to its end and you receive the boxes already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for boxes in a term that has already started, except as described in section 8.

8. Refunds on a renewal

If a renewal is charged and you cancel within 14 days of that charge and before the first box of the new term has shipped, we refund the renewal in full to your original payment method.

9. The boxes

The first boxes are kits that are also sold in the store, in an order matched to the age you give us. Later boxes are builds not yet announced; we tell you what is coming the week before it ships. If an unannounced box is not ready, you receive a kit from the store of your choice instead. Missing parts are replaced free.

10. Changes to a plan

To change your plan or the number of children, write to support@gop.toys before your next billing date. The change applies from the next term.

11. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we email you and try again. If payment still fails, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method, and no boxes ship while it is paused.
