What age are the kits for?
The Builder stage is for ages 5 to 7. Younger builders do best with a grown-up alongside. The kits contain small parts, so keep them away from children under 3. The Explorer stage (ages 3 to 4) and the Engineer stage (ages 8 to 10) are coming soon.
What is in a kit?
Everything needed to build one working machine. Each kit is one clear goal, sized for one evening, and ends in something that still works next week.
How does the Club work?
A sealed box for every month of your plan. One month ships one box at $39. The 3, 6 and 12 month plans bring the price down to $33, $31 and $28 a box.
Does the Club renew automatically?
Yes. Each plan renews automatically at the end of its term, for a term of the same length and at the same price, until you cancel. For the longer plans we email you at least 15 days before each renewal with the date, the amount and how to cancel. See the Subscription policy.
Can I stop a plan early?
Yes. Cancel any time before your next billing date by writing to support@gop.toys, and no further charge is made. Your current term runs to its end and you receive the boxes already paid for.
Is there a discount for buying several kits?
Yes. Any two kits take 5% off, any three or more take 10%. It applies automatically in the cart, with no code.
How much is shipping?
US shipping is free on every Club plan and on orders of $60 or more. Under $60, standard shipping is $5.95. Orders leave us within 1 to 2 business days and travel by USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2 to 5 business days. Full detail is in the terms of service.
What if a part is missing or breaks?
Tell us which part and we send a replacement free of charge. No receipt, no photos, no return.
